WOMEN CONTENTS

More and more young people are struggling with their mental health these days, especially over the last 3 years since lockdown.

We work with middle aged women in a variety of ways, individually, through organised groups or charities and we also run our own events for like minded women. We can also work with you in the safety and comfort of your own home or online, either one-to-one or in small groups for those who find social spaces worrying or overwhelming.

As grown ups we can feel that we’re expected to be able to join in, socialise and open up easily. Often this isn’t the case, we can feel just as overwhelmed or overthink things just as much as children do and sometimes more so.

Our Creative Wellbeing Programs, Quantum Healing and Meditation Programs are suitable for women of all ages and personalised to the individual or group’s needs.

Working with us

From the outset we work with you as a partner, offering an upfront chat, free of charge to discuss your needs and to see if we’re a good fit to work together. If the energy between us doesn’t feel right on either side, the results can be affected and we all want the outcome to be the same… the best possible for those we’re trying to help!

If at any time during any of our sessions you don’t feel comfortable or want us to stop, that’s what we’ll do. We know how important it is to feel in control of what you’re experiencing and without feeling that, it’ll be harder to get the best outcome for you.

Our Creative Wellbeing Workshops, Energy Healing and Meditation Programs can all be applied for any purpose from helping with mental health to personal development. It will depend on how deep rooted worries, blocks or beliefs are, as to how many sessions of each are needed but there is nothing that these three modalities aren’t able to help with.

Women often overlook their own needs, putting everyone else first until they experience burn out or feel like they’ve lost themselves completely.

As everyone’s needs are different, it’s important that we understand what you’d like to achieve from the outset to enable us to work with you in the most beneficial way.

All services are offered as one-off sessions or bespoke programs and costed for following an initial consultation. Costs are based on the length sessions or programs needed to help you reach your desired outcome.
